Job Description:

This 13-week assignment places you on a telemetry unit specializing in cardiac and medical patients in Prescott, AZ. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, gaining hands-on experience interpreting basic tele strips, managing post-cath patients, and supporting those with conditions like CHF, COVID, and diabetes. The role requires quick thinking and familiarity with Cerner systems, with an orientation day to get you settled in. Expect to interpret strips confidently, sign off on patient records, and collaborate as part of a team that includes charge nurses, nurse aides, and occasionally floats to other units. The environment is fast-paced, but you'll be part of a team supporting patient care through technical excellence and teamwork.
