Job Description:

This RN position on the Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit offers an engaging opportunity to work in a busy hospital setting that focuses on a variety of diagnoses such as cardiac, respiratory, and neuro conditions. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, with a focus on managing patients with tubes, drains, and IVs while interpreting cardiac rhythms and administering non-titrating cardiac drugs like Cardizem or Amiodarone. You'll gain hands-on experience with advanced telemetry monitoring and collaborate with a team that includes charge nurses and support staff, all within a facility known for its level 3 trauma designation and stroke center status. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, providing plenty of time to deepen your skills and experience a vibrant hospital environment.
