Job Description:

Join our team as a Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract in Charlotte, NC, working 12-hour day shifts. This role involves supporting a busy operating room with 13 ORs and over 45 cases daily, primarily focusing on orthopedic, spine, general, breast, urology, robotic, GYN, plastics, and CVOR procedures. You’ll assist in a variety of surgeries, ensuring smooth operations and safety in a non-trauma, teaching hospital setting. The assignment provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple specialties, from cardiovascular and thoracic to robotics and organ donation support. The position requires at least 2 years of OR experience in a specialized setting and completion of an accredited surgical tech program. Expect to be actively involved in assisting surgeons, managing instruments, and maintaining sterile fields—making a tangible difference in patient outcomes while building your expertise in diverse surgical environments.
