Job Description:

This 13-week contract in Houston offers an engaging opportunity for cardiovascular surgical technologists experienced in high-pressure environments. You will scrub in on complex cardiac cases, including CABG, MVR, AVR, kidney transplants, and robotic procedures, often working with a team of up to 25 surgeons. The role involves supporting multiple surgeries daily, with a focus on maintaining efficiency during fast-paced procedures. You should be comfortable going “on bypass” and have at least three years of CV scrub experience, ready to adapt to various surgeons and procedures. The schedule includes 10-hour mids shifts, with a requirement for being on call for emergencies, responding within 30 minutes. This assignment is ideal for skilled professionals seeking a challenging environment in a nationally-recognized cardiovascular program.
