Job Description:

This travel RN position in MedSurg/Telemetry offers an engaging opportunity to work in a Level 3 Trauma hospital with 241 licensed beds located in Shelby, North Carolina. You will be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, providing hands-on care for patients recovering from procedures such as joint replacements, colon resections, gallbladder removals, and more. Your responsibilities will include interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing non-titrating cardiac drips like Cardizem or Amiodarone, wound care, drain and tube management, PIV starts, and central line management. Expect to float across various facilities within the region, supporting a team of CNAs, receptionists, charge nurses, and other specialists, all while utilizing technology like EPIC EMR and Phillips monitors. The role is perfect for RNs with at least 18 months of MedSurg/Tele experience seeking a diverse and dynamic setting to enhance clinical skills.
