Job Description:

This 13-week contract invites experienced Oncology Registered Nurses to work in a specialized oncology and hematology unit. The role involves providing care to a diverse patient population, including chemotherapy, blood product administration, and other advanced nursing skills. The position requires floating across various Stepdown and Advanced Care units, often working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Ideal candidates possess EPIC experience, demonstrate competency with EKG tele assessments, and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. Previous travel experience is a plus, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a 1:4 to 1:6 patient ratio will help ensure success in this role. Be prepared for a role that is as challenging as it is rewarding, where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes every shift.
