Job Description:

This 13-week inpatient rehab contract offers a chance to work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population, including stroke, SCI, amputee, brain injury, and neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson's. You'll serve in a 35-bed unit, operating on 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday commitments. As an RN, you will be responsible for managing medication titrations (without drips), collaborating with charge nurses and patient care techs, and utilizing your organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a focus on patient-centered care, all within a facility where artificial nails are prohibited, and licensing must be current. The assignment includes classroom orientation plus two supervised shifts, and the work environment encourages professional growth and a sense of community. This is a dynamic opportunity to impact lives while experiencing a rewarding healthcare setting.
