Job Description:

This RN contract at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Chesterfield offers the chance to work on a specialized inpatient rehabilitation unit. You'll be providing essential RN care in a setting focused on recovering adults from strokes, brain or spinal injuries, amputations, and other complex conditions. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with flexible yet consistent scheduling that keeps you engaged in meaningful patient support. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team in private rooms, utilizing advanced therapy equipment and participating in patient-centered treatment plans designed to restore function and improve quality of life. Expect a fast-paced environment that demands both clinical skill and a positive, adaptable attitude.
