Job Description:

This travel RN position involves providing comprehensive nursing care during 12-hour night shifts in a vibrant Tucson hospital. You will assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, develop and implement tailored care plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your role includes supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel, documenting care accurately, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
