Job Description:

This PCU float RN position offers a unique chance to work across a variety of medical-surgical and specialty units within a busy healthcare system. As a float nurse, you'll be trusted to adapt quickly between departments such as Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, and Post-Procedure Care, providing essential support in high-acuity situations. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, giving you the opportunity to experience the quieter, more reflective side of patient care while honing your skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, and respiratory management. The role is perfect for RNs with 1–2 years of experience eager to diversify their clinical skills and work in a fast-paced hospital environment that values flexibility and professional growth.
