Job Description:

This Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. You'll float between these units, applying your NICU and PICU experience while managing diverse pediatric cases. The shift consists of 12-hour days, giving you a chance to experience different dimensions of pediatric nursing — from critical care to recovery. This role is not just about routine; it’s about adapting and thriving in high-acuity environments with a flexible, fast-paced schedule.
