Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses for a 12-week contract working 12-hour night shifts in Augusta, Georgia. In this role, you'll provide specialized care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, infants, and adults, focusing on managing labor, C-sections, postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension, and multiple births. This assignment offers the chance to experience a bustling maternity unit with a 1:1-2 nurse-to-patient ratio, supporting a team-oriented atmosphere. Expect to work with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems, and to collaborate closely with your team while adhering to facility protocols. RTOs are limited to a max of 7 days, with a requirement to work major holidays if they fall within your contract. Floating within the scope of practice and facility is permitted, providing variety and flexibility during your shift. The weekly commitment is 36 hours, with a pay grossing approximately $1,731.51.
