Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse role places you in the bustling LDRP unit of a vibrant hospital in Bolivia, NC. You will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care for mother and baby pairs during critical post-delivery moments, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The assignment includes caring for up to four mother-and-baby couples, assisting with fetal monitoring, supporting breastfeeding efforts, and demonstrating expertise in AWHONN, NRP, and BLS certifications. Unique to this position is the opportunity to float to other units as needed, ensuring a varied and engaging experience throughout the 26-week contract. This role is perfect for nurses with at least two years of Labor and Delivery experience eager to support new families during an exciting life event while working in a supportive and dynamic setting.
