Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team in Seattle, where you will provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III or IV environment. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, specifically from 07:00 to 19:30, for a 13-week assignment. You'll work with neonates born at 23-24 weeks gestation, managing an array of complex equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, high-frequency vents, oscillators, and PICC lines. While rarely floating to other units, flexibility to work across different campuses and neonatal settings is preferred. This position offers an engaging opportunity to apply your expertise in a high-acuity, fast-paced neonatal intensive care setting, focusing solely on infant care—no admissions or float to pediatrics unless infants are involved.

Weather:

The weather around this time of year in Seattle is generally mild, with cool temperatures and a mix of rain showers and clear days. Expect crisp mornings and comfortable afternoons, making it an ideal season for outdoor activities and exploring the city’s vibrant scenery.
