Job Description:

Join a bustling Labor and Delivery unit as a Registered Nurse on a 26-week travel contract. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, attending all deliveries, including high-risk cases, in a facility equipped with multiple labor, triage, and postpartum rooms. You'll circulate, assist with special procedures like epidurals and blood products, and participate in postpartum and GYN surgeries. Night shifts run 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing a consistent schedule that allows you to experience the rhythm of night-time hospital life. This assignment is perfect for those who thrive on variety and want to make a difference during a critical time for new families, all while exploring a new city. Note: the work is highly specialized, requiring a minimum of two years of experience and certification in BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and preferred ACLS.
