Job Description:

This 13-week assignment as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the medical-surgical unit is a chance to apply your clinical expertise in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be providing direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective nursing interventions. The role involves coordinating care, educating patients and families, and supporting recovery with a dash of teamwork that keeps the unit running smoothly—and maybe a little bit of quiet reflection during those long overnight hours.
