Job Description:

This Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum RN role offers a chance to work in a caring and supportive postpartum setting, focusing on vaginal and cesarean deliveries, along with routine postpartum and newborn care. The position involves managing patients during night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), and you may experience floating to NICU or L&D units based on staffing needs. Expect to perform tasks such as administering blood products, managing epidural, PCA, and syringe pumps, and overseeing normal newborn thermoregulation and glucose management. With a 36-hour weekly commitment over 13 weeks, this assignment provides a well-rounded opportunity to hone postpartum nursing skills in a peaceful community setting.
