Job Description:

Join the Mother Baby unit at one of Kansas's well-regarded hospitals for a 13-week travel contract. As a registered nurse on this postpartum unit, you'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential care to women of childbearing age and their newborns. This role offers a chance to experience a lively postpartum setting, conducting assessments, educating families on discharge procedures, and responding to a variety of patient needs. The unit's fast-paced environment will keep you engaged, especially during busy shift hours when you'll coordinate care with RNs, handle post-partum supplies, and utilize electronic documentation systems like Meditech and CPN.
