Job Description:

Join the team as a registered nurse specializing in mother/baby care for a 15-week contract at a busy Level III trauma center in Puyallup, WA. This role offers night shifts with 12-hour hours, giving you a chance to focus on antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You will perform cervical exams, monitor fetal well-being with fetal monitoring, assist with epidurals, and handle couplet care once the mother and baby are stable. The setting features a dedicated Mother/Baby unit, NICU, and high-risk obstetric services. This assignment is ideal for nurses with at least one year of experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently. The hospital is managed by supportive leadership, and the rotating weekends schedule ensures you get quality time off while immersing yourself in a rewarding maternal health setting.
