Job Description:

This 13-week contract positions you as a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum RN, working with postpartum patients who are eager to share their new arrival stories. You'll provide specialized care in a supportive environment, focusing on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and monitoring antepartum and newborn patients. The role involves a rotating 12-hour night shift, offering the chance to experience the rewarding rhythm of overnight hours, including care for high-risk pregnancies and early neonatal needs. You'll need at least one year of relevant experience and the ability to float within your scope, adapting to various patient populations as required. The unit typically cares for 1:3 couplets, up to 6 patients, with a focus on maternal and newborn health without ICU-level interventions.
