Job Description:

Join a busy Mother/Baby unit in Puyallup, WA, as a Registered Nurse specializing in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. This 17-week contract offers a chance to work in a Level III Trauma Center with a focus on antepartum, labor, and immediate postpartum nursing. You will handle cervical exams, fetal monitoring, epidurals, and couplet care for stable mothers and babies. The shift is a 12-hour night rotation, and you'll gain experience supporting high-risk deliveries and managing NICU and Peds patients, all while navigating EMR systems like EPIC Stork and GE Centricity. This role is perfect for nurses confident in L&D skills and comfortable floating only within your competence, with a supportive environment that includes OB-GYNs, midwives, and hospitalist teams.
