Job Description:

Join our postpartum unit team in Englewood, Colorado, where you'll be part of a dedicated Mother Baby team caring for new families in a modern setting. This 13-week contract involves working 12-hour night shifts on a busy Family Care Unit with 10 beds and a staff skilled in newborn and maternal care. You'll perform procedures such as circumcisions, staple removal, and newborn testing while utilizing up-to-date equipment like infant warmers, bassinets, and EMR systems. Experience in transition care or a patient-centered approach is highly valued. Expect to coordinate care for a diverse patient population, with patient ratios of 3-4 couples per nurse, in an environment that values flexibility, friendliness, and positivity. This role provides a chance to work with recent technology, supportive staff, and a collaborative team on the overnight shift, offering a unique opportunity to grow your postpartum expertise.
