Job Description:

This role involves providing advanced nursing assessments, care planning, and coordination for patients in a hospital setting. As a registered nurse working night shifts, you will review patient histories, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans that incorporate physical, psychological, social, and cultural needs. You will oversee the implementation of these plans, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure accurate documentation of all interventions and patient responses.
