Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is set in a busy hospital unit specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry care, including the management of COVID and other acute conditions. The role requires a highly skilled Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience in similar settings. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), with a schedule designed to keep you engaged and challenge your clinical skills. Expect to handle multiple patient diagnoses such as dementia, pneumonia, COPD, and sepsis, often caring for patients with complex needs in isolation units. You'll perform advanced procedures including dysrhythmia interpretation, IV insulin protocols, central line management, and non-invasive airway management. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency, and you may be called upon to support storm or disaster response teams when needed.
