Job Description:

Join a PICU specialized travel assignment in Morgantown, WV, where you'll be responsible for caring for a diverse pediatric patient population with complex needs. This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, providing critical support within a 20-bed PICU that manages congenital heart cases, respiratory challenges, neurosurgery, and other complex conditions. Your duties will include titrating sedation and vasoactive medications under protocol, managing ventilators and G-tubes, and working alongside a dedicated team of physicians, RTs, and support staff. Experience with PICU protocols and the ability to adapt quickly to float across related pediatric units are essential. This assignment offers a chance to hone your pediatric critical care skills while working in a structured, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and competency. Travelers will gain firsthand exposure to advanced pediatric treatments in a well-equipped unit with 24/7 in-house pediatrician support.
