Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract in the MICU at a Level III Trauma Center in Salem, MA. This night shift position involves 12-hour overnight shifts, providing an engaging role for experienced ICU nurses. You will work with a diverse adult patient population, managing conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac emergencies. The unit is equipped with advanced EMR system EPIC, and a team of attendings and residents are present around the clock. Floating across medical and surgical units, you'll maintain high acuity patient ratios up to 1:1 or 1:2, with occasional assignments to general med-surg floors. This assignment offers a chance to hone your critical care skills in a collaborative environment where your expertise makes a real difference.
