Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a Level III Trauma Center's ICU in Salem, MA, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be providing specialized care within a 20-bed Medical ICU (MICU) that handles diverse adult cases such as substance overdose, severe psychiatric conditions, sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac events, renal failure, and shock. The role requires at least two years of continuous MICU experience, including telemetry competency, with the flexibility to float to Med/Surg units as needed. Expect to work with a team including attendings and residents 24/7, managing patient loads that oscillate between high and moderate acuity. Your responsibilities focus on supporting critical adult patients in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes precision and collaboration. The unit is equipped with EPIC electronic health records, and active Massachusetts RN licensure coupled with BLS and ACLS certification are mandatory.
