Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers the chance to work in a well-established hospital serving a diverse and culturally rich community on the Colorado Plateau. The role primarily involves caring for critically ill patients within a 5-bed ICU setting, with periodic float shifts to ED, Med/Surg, or Peds units when census is low. You'll be responsible for implementing nursing care based on physicians' orders, hospital policies, and standards of practice, working independently to support patients of all ages and their families. The assignment combines the intensity of ICU work with the opportunity to experience the unique environment of northwestern Arizona, all while utilizing your advanced critical care skills in a rural healthcare setting.
