Job Description:

Join a specialized Neuro ICU team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Winston-Salem, NC. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) in a 26-bed Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit within a comprehensive stroke center. The position requires experience with stroke, ICP, and seizure management, along with skills in ventilator and invasive equipment oversight. As part of your duties, you'll manage complex neurological patients, titrate drips, and handle specialized equipment like EVDs and ventilators. Float duties to other ICU units are expected, and weekend work is every other week. Please note, RTO (leave requests) post-booking is not permitted, and any call-offs or additional RTO could lead to cancellation. This opportunity is ideal for experienced travelers prepared to deliver high-level critical care in a fast-paced setting.
