Job Description:

Join us in a 13-week travel assignment on Unit 7N Cardiac/Tele (Cardiopulmonary) Stepdown in Bridgeport, WV. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work with post-cath, AMI, post-OP lung surgeries, respiratory failure, pacemakers, and PCI patients—patients who keep the heart beating strong. You'll be responsible for titrating drips such as Heparin, Amiodarone, Dobutamine, and others, ensuring precise medication management. The shift is 12 hours, overnight, from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend working. The unit operates with a charge nurse available 24/7, and you'll collaborate with RTs managing CPAP and BiPAP, along with telemetry techs reading monitors from Phillips. Your expertise in cardiac drips and interpreting strips will be essential in this role. This assignment promises a dynamic environment where your skills make a direct impact, set against the backdrop of West Virginia’s welcoming atmosphere.
