Job Description:

Join a fast-paced orthopedics and spine unit in Winston-Salem, NC, as a registered nurse specializing in telemetry and IV starts. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with an hourly commitment of 48 hours per week. You'll need at least two years of experience, including orthopedics, and familiarity with EPIC EHR. Expect to manage a patient load of approximately 5-6 patients, with occasional float requirements to other med-surg units. Weekend work is required every other week, and no holiday RTO is permitted. This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying on top of pain management for post-surgical, neuro, and orthopedics patients.
