Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Registered Nurses in a rewarding night-shift role at a busy healthcare facility in Louisville, Kentucky. This 16-week contract offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care to a diverse adult population during overnight hours. You'll be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. While the shift runs from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM every other weekend, your thorough assessments, education, and leadership will help ensure high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. Expect to mentor staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and apply evidence-based practices within a supportive environment.
