Job Description:

Join a 18-week contract as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse in Albuquerque. You'll work 12-hour days on a flexible schedule that may include weekend shifts, floating between adult and geriatric psychiatric units. The facility emphasizes a supportive environment, and while MOAB certification isn't mandatory at the start, completing it will shorten your assignment to 13 weeks—plus, it's a valuable addition to your professional portfolio. Responsibilities include managing patients with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ASD, TBI, and neurocognitive disorders, with a patient ratio of 1:8. Experience of at least one year and BCLS certification are required. This role involves collaborative care within a Level I Trauma, Teaching, and Acute care hospital with 554 beds, and offers a great chance to expand your expertise in a busy psychiatric setting.
