Job Description:

Join a newly opening Pediatric Behavioral Health unit as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Psych in Indianapolis. You'll be responsible for providing compassionate, focused care to patients with complex medical and behavioral needs in a secure, locked environment featuring padded isolation rooms. This role involves night shifts, primarily 12-hour overnight hours, and requires your expertise in managing patients who may have recent substance ingestions or behavioral health challenges. Since this is a new unit, experience working on specialized pediatric behavioral health floors is essential. Expect to navigate a setting that combines medical oversight with behavioral health interventions, contributing to a team dedicated to helping vulnerable youth during a critical phase of recovery and stabilization.
