Job Description:

Join a vibrant healthcare team as an Orthopedic Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Tyler, TX. This role focuses on providing specialized care in a dedicated MS Ortho unit, where you'll work a 12-hour night shift (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), completing a weekly commitment of 36 hours. You'll be responsible for assisting in patient recovery, managing post-operative care for orthopedic patients, and collaborating with a team that values precision and compassion. This assignment offers a chance to deepen your orthopedic expertise while experiencing the unique rhythm of nighttime healthcare work, with a mix of acuity levels and a patient ratio of 1:6 in a 36-room facility. Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, and with at least 2 years of relevant experience, you'll thrive in this setting that demands adaptability and skill.
