Job Description:

Join a dedicated Med Surg team in Norfolk, NE, for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll manage a diverse patient population, including adults and older teens, with conditions ranging from pneumonia and UTI to postoperative care for orthopedic and spinal surgeries. Expect to handle patient ratios of 1:6 during nights, perform titratable drip adjustments such as Heparin, Bumex, and Lasix, and utilize EPIC documentation. The assignment offers the opportunity to experience a fast-paced environment with high patient turnover and collaborative teamwork. You will contribute to quality patient care while gaining valuable experience in a hospital setting that values proactive communication and efficient shift management.
