Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in the fast-paced Emergency Department of Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, North Carolina. As an RN specializing in emergency services, you'll be responsible for providing critical care to a diverse patient population, from birth through death, during 12-hour night shifts. Expect to assist with trauma, strokes, STEMIs, and other urgent cases using advanced critical care equipment and Cerner EHR. The role requires a minimum of two years of emergency room experience, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to stay energetic in a demanding environment. The unit is known for its robust patient volume and the need for experienced professionals ready to help in a busy setting.
