Job Description:

A Level 4 trauma center in rural West Texas is seeking a registered nurse to join their emergency room team for a 13-week assignment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in an 8-bed ER with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day. The RN will be responsible for providing vital support during critical moments, managing trauma cases, and ensuring timely and effective patient assessments. This assignment offers a chance to work in a small, community-oriented hospital setting where every shift counts and teamwork is essential. Travel nurses will experience a mix of fast-paced emergencies and meaningful patient interactions, all while supporting a dedicated medical staff around the clock.
