Job Description:

This occupational therapy role at Medical City Denton offers a hands-on experience working within a 205-bed Level II trauma center. As an OT on this contract, you'll assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living, focusing on complex neuro and trauma cases. You'll work the day shift from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., five days a week, with the opportunity to float across various hospital areas. The position emphasizes independent decision-making, requiring an active license to practice in Texas. Being comfortable with standard rehab equipment and EMR systems like Meditech will help you succeed in this essential therapeutic role—which provides a chance to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery during your 13-week assignment.
