Job Description:

Join a vibrant therapy team in Northridge, CA, as a travel therapy professional specializing in PT, OT, or Speech-Language Pathology. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work across outpatient, inpatient, and rehab settings, with a flexible schedule that adapts to the facility’s needs. You’ll see up to 9 outpatient cases daily, with opportunities to work in pediatrics, neuro, ortho, trauma, and cardiac cases. Certified Speech-Langauge Pathologists must hold a CCC-SLP, and all clinicians should have at least one year of experience, with trauma experience and prior travel experience preferred. Expect to assist in various areas, possibly float to different units, and undergo a brief 1.5-day unit orientation complemented by Cerner Powerchart training if needed. The work involves patient assessments, therapy sessions, documentation, and collaboration with rehab aides and other staff, with the flexibility of working shifts that sometimes start in the morning or evening. This role provides exposure to some of the most interesting cases in outpatient, inpatient, and rehab hospitals, with the opportunity to develop your skills further.
