Job Description:

Join a specialized CVOR team as a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) Educator, supporting a bustling cardiac surgery program that handles transplants, VADs, heart failure, robotic procedures, and congenital heart cases. This role combines clinical expertise with educational responsibilities, ensuring staff are well-trained and prepared for complex procedures. The schedule is primarily weekdays with five 8-hour shifts, mainly from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional start times at 6:00 or 6:15 AM. Expect to work in an environment that values teamwork, communication, and adherence to high standards, including AORN competencies. If you have at least 3-5 years of scrub and circulate experience and previous travel experience, this job offers a chance to contribute to a prominent program while sharing your expertise with colleagues.
