Job Description:

This RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assist) contract position offers an engaging opportunity to work alongside surgical teams in a prestigious magnet and teaching hospital. The role involves assisting in the operating room during complex procedures such as robotics, total joints, spine, and plastics. The schedule is 4 days a week, 10 hours per day, typically from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with call responsibilities one to two times a week until 8:00 pm, and every second or third Sunday for call coverage from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have robotic experience, particularly with DaVinci systems, and prior First Assist experience to support the surgical team effectively. This assignment provides a chance to hone specialty skills in a supportive environment while enjoying the perks of free parking and advanced EMR systems.
