Job Description:

This Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse role offers a chance to work within a specialized unit that supports critically ill children and adolescents. You'll be covering the Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool, providing vital nursing support during night shifts. The schedule includes either 3 nights per week, working 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., or four consecutive 12-hour shifts, giving you flexibility and ample time off between assignments. This position is perfect for nurses seeking a dynamic environment where no two nights are exactly the same, as you'll move between critical care beds supporting young patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role provides an engaging opportunity to apply your pediatric critical care skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, allowing you to immerse yourself in the unit's daily rhythm while experiencing a vibrant city that values healthcare professionals.
