Job Description:

Join the team at Rapides Regional Medical Center as a MedSurg/Telemetry nurse for a 13-week contract working night shifts. You will be responsible for providing direct patient support on a busy 36-bed MedSurg/Tele unit, utilizing Meditech electronic health records and advanced telemetry equipment. The role involves managing patient loads with a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, performing procedures such as heart caths, and maintaining a friendly, positive attitude. This assignment offers the chance to hone critical thinking and time management skills while contributing to a close-knit healthcare team in a vibrant hospital setting.
