Job Description:

This travel assignment involves working as a Float Pool RN across multiple Med/Surg Tele units, including Emergency Department and ICU transfer areas, in Salem, Massachusetts. You'll be rotating through different units, providing specialized telemetry monitoring, reading cardiac strips every 4 hours, and managing cardiac drips. The role requires adaptability, as you'll float among 8 distinct units, offering a diverse and engaging experience. Expect to perform complex tasks such as cardiac monitoring, interpreting strips, and managing patient needs in a variety of settings, from mentally health-specific care to border ED patients. Night shifts are 12 hours long, and you will work approximately 36 hours per week for 13 weeks. The environment is fast-paced and offers the chance to refine your telemetry skills while working in a vibrant, collaborative setting.
