Job Description:

This RN position in the Cardiovascular Operating Room at Mercy Hospital South offers a chance to step into the heart of surgical innovation. You'll assist with complex cardiac cases such as CABG, surgical valves, and thoracic surgeries, supporting the team through a 5x8 day shift, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes collaboration, precise tissue handling, and supporting postoperative care, all while working in one of the region's most trusted medical centers. Experience in CVOR for at least one year is required, with a preference for those with two or more years. The environment encourages adaptability and teamwork in a setting that values clinical expertise and patient safety.
