Job Description:

Join a leading healthcare provider as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a PET/CT setting, where you'll be immersed in advanced imaging procedures. This contract offers the chance to work with Siemens Biograph CT 64, handling radioisotopes like FDG, Posluma, and Amyvid, while supporting patient preparation, image acquisition, and post-procedure tasks. The role involves operating sophisticated equipment, performing venipuncture, and ensuring safety standards are meticulously followed. Training is provided during the first two weeks, after which shift options include either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, primarily scheduled from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This assignment is ideal for techs with at least one year of experience at an academic medical center, ARRT (N) or CNMT certification, and a valid MA RT license. Expect a collaborative atmosphere where attention to radiation safety and accurate image processing are paramount. No on-call duties are included, making it a predictable and fulfilling position.
