Job Description:

Join a respected radiology team as a Nuclear Medicine Tech in the vibrant city of Washington, D.C. This 13-week travel contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious short-term acute care teaching hospital known for its advanced molecular imaging procedures. You will perform specialized nuclear medicine imaging such as HIDA scans, bone scans, lung scans, and thyroid studies using top-of-the-line equipment like GE, Hitachi, Phillips, Siemens, and Toshiba. Your day will include starting peripheral IVs, handling radioactive materials safely, and maintaining precise documentation. Expect a steady day shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., working 40 hours per week.
