Job Description:

Join our team as a PICU RN traveler at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a pediatric intensive care unit with a focus on critically ill children from birth to 21 years old. You'll rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts, with options for straight nights or rotating schedules, providing a varied and engaging experience. Expect to manage a range of complex cases, including respiratory support with ventilators and BiPap/CPap, as well as patients with chronic diseases, trauma, and surgical needs. The role emphasizes proficiency with advanced ICU equipment and requires minimum two years of PICU experience, along with current Colorado RN licensure. You will be floating within inpatient care areas as needed, broadening your skills in a hospital environment that values adaptability and clinical expertise.
