Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery RN on a 13-week night shift assignment at a busy acute care hospital in Napa, California. In this role, you'll be providing specialized care for mothers and newborns during overnight hours, with a patient ratio of 1:2. This assignment offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a welcoming environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring labor progress, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring both mother and baby are stable during the night shift. The hospital utilizes Epic charting and provides the necessary scrubs in solid royal blue. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with guaranteed hours and the flexibility of occasional call-offs. First-time travelers are welcome, and weekend coverage is required. Certifying requirements include BLS and NRP, with pending license accepted. RTO requests must be included at submission. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a supportive setting, with a facility that values night-shift flexibility and patient-focused care.
